I tried a new recipe for Black Bean Fritters with Pineapple Avacado Salsa today and was quite pleased with how it turned out. I stuck them in the fridge and pulled them out after soccer practice. As I sat the plate down in front of him, Max said, "Hey, why my dinner look like poo poo?" I had to laugh. It wasn't a far stretch.
